1. Preparation before the experiment
Take out the reagents and samples, and return all reagents and samples to room temperature.
2. Experimental procedures
(1) Open the aluminum foil bag. Remove the test paper and place it horizontally.
(2) Add 10 L of sample to the test injection hole, and add 2 drops (~60 L) of sample buffer.
(3) Used for room temperature reaction. The test result can be read after 10-15 minutes. The result is invalid after 20 minutes.
(4) Simple operating procedures
Open the package, take out the test paper, and place it horizontally

Add 10 microliters of sample to the test injection well
↓
Add 2 drops (~60 μl) of sample buffer to the sample well
↓
The reaction proceeds at room temperature for 10-15 minutes

Interpretation of test results
Negative,Positive,Invalid
Test result chart:
(1) Invalid result: if there is no visible red line or only test
Line (T) but no quality control line (line C), the result is
It is invalid and needs to be tested again.
(2) Negative result: if there is only a red line
(Line C), which means there is no antibody or antibody in the sample
The antibody is placed below the detection level.
(3) Positive result: If there are two red lines (i.e. red dots)
