Intended Use

This product was used to detect 2019 nCoV IgM / IgG antibodies in human serum, plasma, or whole blood.It was only used as a supplementary test index for suspected cases with negative nCoV nucleic acid test results in 2019, or in combination with nucleic acid test to diagnose suspected cases.
This product is used for adjuvant diagnosis and emergency storage in patients with COVID-19 infection

Test Method

1. Prepare for the experiment
Reagents and samples were removed, and all reagents and samples were recovered to room temperature.
2. Experimental procedures
(1) Open the aluminum foil bag.Remove the test paper and place it horizontally.
(2) Add 10 L of the samples to the injection hole of the test note, and add 2 drops of (~60 L) of the sample buffer.
(3) Response at room temperature.Test results were read after 10 – 15 minutes.The results were invalid after 20 minutes.
(4) Simple operating procedure
Open the package, remove the test paper and place it horizontally

The 10 L samples were added to the injection wells of the test paper
↓
Add 2 drops (~60 L) of the sample buffer to the sample well
↓
Reaction occurred for 10 – 15 min at room temperature
Read the results with the naked eye.

Interpretation of test results
