This product was used to detect 2,019 nCoV IgM / IgG antibodies in human serum, plasma, or whole blood.In 2019, it was only used as a supplementary test index for suspected cases with negative nCoV nucleic acid test results, or combined with nucleic acid test to diagnose suspected cases.

Test Method

1. Prepare for the experiment
Reagents and samples were removed, and all reagents and samples were returned to room temperature.
2. Experimental procedures
(1) Open the aluminum foil bag.Remove the test paper and place it horizontally.
(2) Add 10L samples to the sample hole of the test note and add 2 drops of (~60L) sample buffer.
(3) Response at room temperature.Test results were read after 10 – 15 minutes.The results were not valid after 20 min.
(4) Operating procedure is simple
Open the package, remove the test paper and place it horizontally.

The 10L samples were added to the sample hole of the test note.
↓
Add 2 drops (approximately 60 L) of the sample buffer to the sample well.
↓
The reaction was continued for 10 – 15 min at room temperature
Read the results with the naked eye.

Interpretation of test results

Negative,Positive,Invalid

Test results chart:
(1) Invalid result: if there is no visible red line or only tests
Cable (T) but no quality control line (C), result
Invalid and need to test again.
(2) Negative result: if only the red control line is available
The (c) line indicates the absence of antibodies or antibodies in the sample.
The antibodies were placed below the test level.
(3) Positive result: if there are two red lines (one red quality
Control line and a red test line) or three red lines (a red line)
Quality control line and two red test lines) tested positive.
