When the disease occurs, the glomerular basement membrane is damaged, resulting in the change of permeability. Any lesion that can cause the increase of glomerular basement membrane permeability can lead to the excretion of albumin. At this time, albumin into the urine, urine albumin concentration will continue to rise.
